I had a lovely stay at this hotel, enjoying its cleanliness and cozy atmosphere while being just a short walk from major attractions like Times Square. The staff really made my experience special with their personal touches, like offering warm cookies upon arrival. On the downside, the construction noise outside was quite bothersome, and the breakfast options could use a bit more variety.
